1. ABOUT US
City N Country sells clothing, footwear and accessories through:
Physical retail stores
Online store (website)
Mobile retail trucks operating at events and locations across Australia
By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law administered by Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
3. PRICING & GST
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Stock availability may differ between store, online and trucks.
We may limit quantities per customer.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.
5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
We accept payment via approved methods including EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Suspected fraud
Pricing errors
Stock shortages
6. CLICK & COLLECT
If offered:
Orders must be collected within 7 days.
Photo ID and order confirmation may be required.
Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (ONLINE ORDERS)
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed to the courier.
Incorrect address details provided by the customer may result in additional fees.
8. MOBILE TRUCK SALES
All sales from mobile trucks are treated as in-store purchases.
Stock is limited and varies by event.
Refund and exchange policies apply equally to truck purchases.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges if:
Item is faulty
Item is not as described
Item is significantly different from sample or images
Change of Mind:
We may offer exchange or store credit (not refund) at our discretion if:
Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
Tags are attached
Proof of purchase is provided
Returned within 30 days
We do not accept returns for:
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Underwear, swimwear, earrings or hygiene-sensitive items
Gift cards
10. FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is faulty:
Contact us within a reasonable time.
Provide proof of purchase and photos.
We will offer repair, replacement, refund or store credit depending on the issue.
11. GIFT CARDS
Valid for 3 years from purchase date.
Non-refundable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
No retrospective discounts.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content including logos, designs, photos, text and branding belong to [Your Business Name] and may not be used without permission.
